    Sherri Russel, conosciuta nel mondo del wrestling come "Sensational" Sherri Martel, è deceduta oggi nella sua casa. Aveva 49 anni. Nessun dettaglio sulle cause della morte è stato ancora reso noto.
    Sherri era stata campionessa femminile nella AWA e nella WWE, manager di atleti quali Macho Man, Shawn Michaels e Ted DiBiase nella WWE e Ric Flair e gli Harlem Heat nella WCW, ed era stata inserita nella Hall Of Fame della WWE alla vigilia di Wrestlemania 22.
